You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

Enter your idea and we'll search to see if someone has already suggested it.

If a similar idea already exists, you can support and comment on it.

If it doesn't exist, you can post your idea so others can support it.

Enter your idea and we'll search to see if someone has already suggested it.

  1. Does this FizzGood?: Improve speed, predictability, and flexibility with this simple question?

LeanKit's founding team had a strong Lean-Agile background from previous careers. So, in the early days of the company, we just instinctively did things in a Lean way with as few formal processes as any startup. But, like any growing company, we eventually did have to start clearly defining how we do things. And like anyone, we were tempted to become more bureaucratic - with lots of scheduling, coordination, meetings and estimates.
Instead, we developed our FSGD (Frequent Small Good Decoupled) approach. This LeanKit way of working has provided our teams with a simple yardstick for making effective decisions without…

    • Unit, Flow - That Is Lean Thinking

This workshop gives an opportunity to apply Lean thinking and experience it's benefits in safe, dry environment with use of simple paper-folding game. Learn what flow efficiency is, verify importance of focus on a unit, understand where secondary needs come from and observe boost in quality and profit without even thinking about them.

"Experiential Learning Model" by David Kolb is used: workshop starts with an exercise of paper-boat folding in teams, participants are free to choose and use any of their usual approach to production and product delivery. Summary of results is made and discussed, then an explanation of flow…

      • Extreme engineering in practice – How scrum lean and XM practices help 3 racingteams building vehicles

        • We're educated wrongly. Time- and taskbased and risk avoiding, not on learing, cooperation and delivering value. The main reason students were stuck in their challenge: building a hydrogen racecar. We released them by unlearning the following using agile principles:
        • Focus on cooperation not individual tasks – Every teammember has an extra skill or talent which can be very useful for the team. (sketchnoting, basic electro engineering)
        • No guts- no glory – Just Do It. You're on earth the experience and learn. “Failing” fast delivers also value.
        • Transparancy – Doing the Right Things by applying agile artifacts…
